By Nawaz Gohar ;  Fast bowler Muhammad Musa produced a remarkable performance in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy by claiming a double hat-trick and writing his name into the record books.

The 25-year-old fast bowler from Islamabad Region achieved the historic feat in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2025. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also shared a video of the moment on its social media platforms.

In the final-round match of the trophy at the Diamond Cricket Ground in Islamabad, Muhammad Musa took four wickets on four consecutive deliveries against Peshawar, completing a double hat-trick.

The fast bowler achieved the double hat-trick in the second innings against Peshawar. It is the first double hat-trick in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in the last 10 years.

Muhammad Musa had taken five wickets in the first innings of the match and then delivered the historic performance in the second innings, finishing with a total of 10 wickets in the match.

Thanks to his outstanding bowling, Islamabad defeated Peshawar by an innings and 77 runs and ended their campaign in the tournament on a strong note.

Sialkot and Karachi Blues have qualified for the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final, which will begin on December 1.
