
Two-Day Badminton Coaching Seminar Concluded in Rawalpindi
Rawalpindi : The two-day Badminton Coaching Seminar organized by “Razi Sports Academy” at Shalimar Club Rawalpindi concluded yesterday.
Forty male and female badminton coaches and physical education teachers from across the country participated enthusiastically. This was the first time in Pakistan that participants received practical training using a shuttle feeding machine.
International Badminton Coach Raziuddin Ahmad briefed the Pakistani coaches on international standards, modern techniques, and the requirements of badminton at the global level. He especially guided young male and female coaches on modern training methods for grooming children at the school level.
Certificates were distributed among the participating coaches & PE Teachers (male / female) by the distinguished guests, including:
Syed Rizwan Mashhadi (Secretary, Shalimar Club) ; Saqib Rafiq (Former President, Chamber of Commerce & Industry Rawalpindi) ; Chaudhry Nadeem Manzoor (Chief Patron, Razi Sports Academy) ; Muhammad Naeem Chaudhry (Founder Chairman, Savour Foods) ; Rizwan Chaudhry (Shamla Baker)

Experts delivered informative lectures on various topics:
Dr. Muhammad Safdar spoke on Physical Fitness ; Dr. Ghulam Shabbir Anjum spoke on Nutrition ;
Malik Khalid Zamir spoke on Anti-Doping
Renowned Pakistani Davis Cup player Inam-ul-Haq shared his valuable experiences about the challenges athletes face during international competitions and the level of preparation required to compete at that stage.
Raziuddin Ahmad announced that Razi Sports Academy will organize training camps across the country, ensure the supply of shuttlecocks, and play a vital role in identifying and grooming talented players to national and international levels.
The seminar was hailed by the Pakistani badminton community as a significant initiative towards raising the standard of coaching in Pakistan.
