U-18 Asia Cup, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 6-3.
Dazhou/China: In the match held between Pakistan and Bangladesh in the ongoing U-18 Men’s Asia Cup in the city of Dazhou, China, Pakistan secured a 6-3 victory over Bangladesh.
From Pakistan, Abdullah Awan and Ali Hanzala scored two goals each, while Asam Haider and Atif Ali scored one goal each. For Bangladesh, Ismail Hussain scored two goals and Deen Islam scored one.
President of the Pakistan Hockey Federation, Mir Tariq Hussain Bugti, and Secretary General Olympian Rana Mujahid Ali Khan congratulated the national U-18 team on their third consecutive victory in the tournament and extended their best wishes for the upcoming matches.
Pakistan will play its fourth and final pool match against China on July 9.
