In the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy, Pakistan won the bronze medal after defeating South Korea.

According to the message received by China, in the third place match in the ongoing event, Pakistan scored 5 goals against Korea, Sufyan Khan and Hanan Shahid scored 2, 2 and Roman scored 1 goal from Pakistan

Yesterday, in the semi-final of the event, China defeated Pakistan and made it to the final of the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy for the first time.

Pakistan were beaten 1-2 by arch-rivals India in their fifth and final pool match.
