Artificial crowd noise will be played at cricket matches to enhance the atmosphere for players in empty stadiums

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has confirmed that False audio and enhanced noise will be used in the stadium to enhance the atmosphere for players during England vs West Indies Test series.  

England are set to meet West Indies in a Test series in the post covid-19 world. The first Test match tomorrow will mark the return of international cricket after almost three months. To add some excitement during the series, ECB and Cricket West Indies (WICB) has agreed to install artificial crowd noise in the stadium.

Viewers watching the broadcast live will be able to hear audio through stump microphones as usual, although these will be more controlled than usual.

West Indies will play three Tests against England. Pakistan team is also in England and is scheduled to play three Tests and T20Is in August and September
