According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting took place at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi, where Field Marshal Asim Munir warmly congratulated the players, team management and officials on their historic Asia Cup triumph.

Addressing the young cricketers, the Field Marshal commended their discipline, teamwork and fearless approach, saying that such qualities were instrumental in achieving success at the international level. He described the team’s victory as a reflection of national pride and a source of inspiration for millions of Pakistanis.

Field Marshal Asim Munir particularly praised the dedication, hard work and commitment of the young players, noting that their achievement highlighted the immense talent and potential of Pakistan’s youth.
