All Pakistan Muhammad Majid & Abdul Nasir Memorial Basketball begins today
Top teams are taking part in the All-Pakistan Muhammad Majid and Abdul Nasir Memorial Basketball Tournament starting from Tuesday (today) under the umbrella of Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF) at the Siddique Memon Sports Complex Karachi.
According to Associate Secretary of Pakistan Basketball Federation (PBBF) and Tournament Director Muhammad Yaqoob Qadry, the teams of Pakistan Air Force, WAPDA, Police, Rangers, Islamabad, Sindh Green, Balochistan and Sindh White will compete in the six-day event will be concluded on June 02.
He said that Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab Siddiqui will inaugurate the event while Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori will be the chief guest of the closing ceremony of the tournament who will distribute prizes among the players.
Yaqoob Qadry said that four matches will be played daily in the memorial tournament, the semi-finals will be held on June 01, while the final will be played on June 02.
