Grand Circle Kabaddi Event Held at Imran Khan Ground, Karachi
Karachi ; A grand Circle Kabaddi event was organized at Imran Khan Ground, Karachi, by Farooq Azam, Vice President of the Sindh Kabaddi Association and Senior Vice President of the Anti-Corruption and Narcotics Association of Pakistan, Malir Cantt.
A large number of Kabaddi enthusiasts from different areas attended the event. The players displayed great enthusiasm, determination and competitive spirit, while the guests and spectators highly appreciated the exciting matches.
The event was attended by Shakil Gujjar, Nadeem Arain, Usman Gujjar, Ashraf Gujjar, Malik Mehfooz, Abid Bhai, Fayyaz Tanoli, Waqar Commando and Adeel Bhai, along with other distinguished personalities.
The Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town administration also extended its cooperation in making arrangements for the event. Town officials attended the programme and encouraged the players.
The guests appreciated the efforts of Farooq Azam for organizing the event and promoting Kabaddi in Karachi. They congratulated him on successfully organizing the tournament and paid tribute to his efforts for the development of the sport.
At the conclusion of the exciting competition, Arain Kabaddi Club emerged victorious and celebrated their impressive win. The winning team was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 by Farooq Azam, while the runner-up team received a cash prize of Rs. 10,000.
The players also appealed to the local authorities to provide proper grounds and facilities for Kabaddi. They said that the availability of dedicated playing grounds would provide better opportunities for players and help promote Kabaddi at the grassroots level.
The event concluded with appreciation for the players, organizers and all those who contributed to the successful organization of the Kabaddi event.
