ITF Pakistan J30 Ali Embroidery World Junior Tennis Championships 2024

The ITF Pakistan J30 Ali Embroidery World Junior Tennis Championships 2024 continues at the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) Tennis Complex in Islamabad.
This event brings together 47 junior players from around the globe, including 28 boys and 19 girls from countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, China, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Canada, Korea, Germany, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Maldives, and Singapore. The tournament also features 28 Pakistani players, with 22 boys and 6 girls.
The opening ceremony was held today at the PTF Tennis Complex in Islamabad. Mr. Yasir Pirzada, Director General of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), was the chief guest at the ceremony, while Mr. Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, President of the PTF, was the guest of honor.
The ceremony was also attended by Col. Zia-ud-Din Tufail, Secretary General- PTF; Mr. Rashid Malik, Senior Vice President- PTF; Mr. Saeed Ahmad Khan, Senior Vice President- PTF; Col. Gul Rehman, Director-Security and Management-PTF; Mrs. Ziara Ahmad Zaka, Senior Vice President- PTF; along with a large number of players, coaches, parents, and tennis enthusiasts.
Director General of the PSB, Mr. Pirzada, welcomed all the foreign players to Pakistan and expressed the PSB’s full support for the PTF in promoting tennis in the country.
Mr. Aisam-ul-Haq thanked the Director General for his support and stated that the PTF is eager to organize more international tournaments to provide opportunities for local players.
