LAHORE : The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) today announced a landmark achievement in the country’s sporting history, successfully concluding the tender process for the TV Broadcast and Live-Streaming rights of the HBL Pakistan Super League (HBL PSL) for the 2026-2029 cycle.
In a move that underscores the league’s skyrocketing global prestige, Walee Technologies emerged as the successful bidder with a staggering financial offer of PKR 26.11 billion. This valuation shatters all previous records, representing the most lucrative media rights deal in the history of Pakistan cricket.
The bidding process, characterized by the PCB’s commitment to transparency and commercial rigor, saw Walee Technologies significantly exceed the collective reserve price.
The newly structured four-year agreement grants Walee Technologies comprehensive rights to exploit both television and digital live-streaming across the Pakistan region, promising an innovative and immersive viewing experience for millions of fans.
